Insomnia.
Let's say you are too excited to even feel the tiniest bit of sleepiness. Problem is... work is on tomorrow, what do we do? Here is a little tip to get rid of it :

First of all, remove stimulation and stress causes 1 hour before you go to bed. Which means, you need to switch off your computer, stop facebook and texting! Sometimes, it's difficult to do, but it works well! :)
